So, These cupcakes were amazing... I know this because Parker is in my class and well, they were for us! Yum, Yum, Yum! The butter cream was my favorite part! Feel free to make them again! :) Thanks for sharing them with Tran-2!

I somewhat share your sentiment. I definitely didn't hate them--they were a nice little sweet treat. But the way people react to them, it's like their eating an edible orgasm or something. And for some reason, the reaction to the fact that you can make them is always extreme. It's not any different than any other cake...

ahh the red velvet cupcakes that people either truly love or truly hate. As a baker in business and making most my business off of red velvet cakes and cupcakes, I shan't say for which category I fall under. Ok, I hate hate hate red velvet. Never understood the totally infatuation people have for it, but, and I will totally toot my own horn, my red velvet cake/cupcakes are pretty darn edible. Perhaps even scrumptious. I think everyone needs to have a good red velvet recipe in their repertoire to call upon. Because, for some weird reason, people will ask you for it!
