My restaurant's owner once ordered 50 lbs o'carrots for her horses (don't ask) which were delivered there. As we were just 'bout to run out of soup. I skimmed off several pounds for this recipe! Man, that was a hit! I used 1/2&amp;1/2 instead o'milk , though.</description>
