Recipe fixed! Thanks for catching that--you guys save all of my posts. My proofreading sucks. (Really, it's just nonexistant.) Oh, and welcome! See you around....! (Hopefully!)

Oops looks like you missed the 1/2 cup flour for the crust? Just checked on the food & wine site and that's what they have. Just discovered your blog after reading your comment on smitten. Will come back too - you made me laugh a couple times. :)

@ April: Hi and welcome, hope you enjoy your visit(s) to come!

@ Scootabaker: The actual text doesn't take me long at all. For the most part I have some sort of idea what I'd like to write about, but I write pretty much whatever pops into my head as it pops into my head. For me, what takes the longest is the recipe. I try and get things as precise as possible, which takes a lot more effort than it should, as I generally never write things down. I try and throw everything up in less than an hour (hopefully way less), as generally I'm doing this while Parker's asleep, and I most likely have laundry to do, or a tub to scrub, or a Real Housewives episode to catch up on as well. I try and do a quick edit, but for the most part I tweak it over the next two days. After that, unless someone points something out, that's as good as it gets.

How long does it take you to write up your post, cause they're so fluidly written, it reads like it's a transcription of a 1 minute conversation with, well, your computer. But glad you're back! And the password thing, totally bogus right!? I say share the wealth and the high speed internet! But than again this is coming from a girl who password protects her super slow dsl connection. I gotta get with the times. it's the 21st century for godsakes!

@ Peter: Good to know that I put a smile on someone's face. Well, other than Parker's, and that's only when I break out the grape tomatoes.

@ Junecutie: Parker's doing well here. I hope you do make this tart, but know what to expect from the crust. It's not a flakey, buttery pastry. It's a much more firm crust, not unlike a pretzel. It's very good, but very different from traditional fat cut into flour.

@ Aimee: I knowwww. I'd check in every once in a while and be like "Oh geeeeze do I need to put something up that ravioli is nearly as old as my child."
